These cooking bags are suited for the vacuum packing of food items.
The bags can be cooled or frozen and stored for a long time (months or years).
Suited for microwaves, steaming and cooking up to 115 degrees C, and sous-vide preparations.
- 100 Micron thick foil. One side of the bag has a structure, the other side is transparant.
- 4 Layers PA/PE 20/80 (Polyamid-Polyethylen)
- Suited for all vacuum sealers with vacuum chamber or where the bag remains outside the sealer (lava, solis, foodsaver, seal-a-meal, Vacsy, Caso, Orved, etc)
- Suited for food storage, taste and odourless
- Packed per 50 pieces. The sizes are external dimensions. The inner size is 1 to 1.5cm smaller because the seals. The smallest size is always the open side.
