Marmelot ice cream powder allows you to prepare professional ice cream at home. After preparation, the quality of basic (neutral) and vanilla ice
cream is the same as in an ice cream parlour or a restaurant. However, Marmelot extends beyond the standard professional quality by adding costly natural ingredients to create the fruit
and chocolate ice cream mixes. Thus, our fruit ice cream contains real fruit and no chemical flavouring and colouring. Many varieties include also pieces of real vacuum dried
fruit. Other varieties contain the famous Belgian chocolate. This results in high-quality desserts that are rich and full of flavour.
Our ice cream mixes are complete. You need to add only milk, cream or yoghurt (optionally). If you prefer to create your own recipe, choose the neutral ice cream mix and add
your own ingredients like nuts, raisins, chocolate etc. You can prepare the ice cream in your ice cream machine. Alternatively, you can freeze the
mixture in a freezer at -12 C for several hours. Prepared ice cream can be stored for a longer period in your freezer at -18 C.
In that case we recommend using at least 30-50% cream in the recipe to prevent ice-crystal formation. In order to fully enjoy the
creamy texture and its full flavor it is best to serve the ice cream at temperatures above -12 C.
